As part of the "Annual Marathon of Financial Literacy and Tax Culture Development" campaign, on June 23, 2021, the Center for the Development of Financial Literacy and Tax Culture of the Ministry of Finance of the Ulyanovsk Region organized and held a seminar on the topic: "Bank cards. Types of fraud with bank cards. Personal budget – savings, savings".

The speakers of the seminar were:

• Dmitry A. Lysenko-Head of the Information Protection Sector of the Security Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region Branch;
• Natalia Kadushkina-Specialist of JSC "Post Bank"

The information and recommendations shared by the speakers with the participants of the seminar turned out to be very useful, relevant and applicable in everyday life. Many questions were asked to the speakers, to which detailed answers were received.
